We offer two types of On-Line Tube packaging system for Tube Mills to suit the needs of Tube Industry for packing Round, Square & Rectangular Hollow section Tubes into Hexagonal or Square bundles with predesigned bundle size. Tube Packing line are
- Semi-Automatic Type
- Fully Automatic Type to match mill production.
Both systems use Pneumatic strapping tools for strapping the formed bundles as per standard requirement. Multiple semi-automatic packing systems are employed to match high speed Tube Mills. Also in both types we offer option of a) Automatic coolant drainage system b) Tube bundle weight measuring system c) Bundle information tag printer giving tube size number of tube lengths, weight and packing data information.

On-Line Tube packaging system ensures no loss of tubes due to bad handling during transportation in the plant or to customer destination. It also ensures accurate information to plant management about No. of Tubes/weight of Tubes size wise/thickness wise and inventory management in the plant/production planning/accurate delivery commitment to customers.
